I've been struggling with hunchback from long hours at a desk. This brace is surprisingly effective. It feels a bit tight at first, but once you get used to it, you notice your posture is better even when you're not wearing it. Great for building good habits.

Does as exactly as it's described! The relief of using this band is amazing! I bought it due to a back injury and slight scoliosis curve, its been a lifesaver! 20 minutes a day and add 10 minutes every other day is how I did it and a few constant self reminders to keep myself straight and I feel great!

Works exactly as advertised. It’s such a unique concept and I was hoping it’d work, it helps me sit up straighter and it’s super comfortable. It fits really well under my shirts too. It has an adjustable strap which helps me tighten it. It’s easily storable too which is a plus. It takes some getting used to since I’m not used to standing up straight, but it’s doing exactly what I needed.

I bought it for myself and have been used it for a few days, the strength is good and protect me from over bend my back and chest. I think it is good for keep using it for a while and correct my posture.

I have found this to be a reasonably comfortable device that, indeed, feels like it holds my shoulders and back in a better position. However, although my normal t-shirt size is large, I found the large size of this posture corrector to be a little undersized, leaving me with only about one inch of the total 8 inches of velcro overlap for adjustment.
